A typical apartment located within an old building whose back-side is linked to the villa. The apartment is accessed through an outside stone staircase leading from the garden below to a large and well-lighted living room with a large stonework fireplace with engraved coat of arms.

The room offers a charming view of the garden and the cypress-tree lined path against the backdrop of the imposing medieval fortress of Civitella della Chiana and is provided with a double sleeper sofa and kitchenette. A bathroom with shower and the master bedroom overlooking the garden are accessed through a narrow corridor. The apartment features cotto-tiled floors and exposed beamwork and is carefully furnished with traditional Tuscan pieces; the apartment is provided with independent heating.

The apartment may be combined with the Bruno apartment and the villa.
