Rental conditions and check-in/check-out
times
Apartments are rented on a weekly basis, from Saturday
through Saturday. Check-in time is between 4 pm and
7 pm. Apartments must be vacated by 10 am on the day
of departure. In case of different arrival times please
phone in in advance.
Prices
All prices are intended in Euros per apartment and
are inclusive of water, power, weekly linen change.
Prices do not include heating charges that will be
calculated according to consumption. Compulsory final
cleaning charge to be paid on the spot € 85,00
for the Villa and € 40,00 for the apartments.
Extra bed charge: € 110,00 weekly.
